1. Program Description
By opting in to Phase 1 Personal Training’s SMS program, you consent to receive text messages related to:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Gym closures or events
- Announcements pertaining to the gym
- Follow-up communications regarding your membership
- Occasional promotional offers (if you opt in to marketing messages)
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your service activity. You may receive between 1-10 messages per month, depending on your service needs. During active service appointments, you may receive more frequent updates.
3. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your mobile carrier's pricing plan for details. Phase 1 Personal Training does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message you receive from us
- Texting STOP to (918) 228-7216
- Contacting us directly at (918) 228-7216
Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send a one-time confirmation message and immediately stop sending future SMS messages to your number. You may opt back in at any time by completing a form on our website or by texting START to (918) 228-7216.
