Hello, I'm Traci Lewis, and I'm thrilled to share my journey with you. From the very first moment I stepped foot into an Alloy workout, I was captivated by its unique approach to functional training. The dynamic and supportive environment instantly resonated with me, fueling my passion for fitness and personal training.


Being a personal trainer is more than just a job for me; it's a calling. I find immense joy in working with a diverse range of people, helping them achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being. One of my greatest joys is witnessing the transformation and confidence that my clients develop through their fitness journeys.


I have a special dedication to empowering women, particularly in the gym setting. I understand that stepping into a gym can sometimes be intimidating, and I strive to create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. My goal is to help women feel comfortable and confident as they pursue their fitness goals.


Another area close to my heart is helping women over 40 navigate the unique challenges that come with this stage of life. I am passionate about guiding them in discovering effective strategies to lose weight and build muscle. Menopause can present unexpected challenges, and I am committed to walking alongside these women, providing support and guidance to help them manage symptoms and achieve success with their health. In conclusion, my journey with Alloy and my role as a personal trainer has been incredibly fulfilling. I am dedicated to continuing to inspire and support individuals on their fitness journeys, helping them lead healthier and more confident lives.
