DIRECTOR OF TRAINING
I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES), and Barbell Rehab Certified coach. But more than my certifications, what defines me is my mission: to show that strength has no size limit and that every body is worthy of taking up space in the gym.
I’m here to change the narrative. For too long, fitness has told people they have to look a certain way to belong. I’m here to prove the opposite—your body, exactly as it is, is capable of strength, power, and transformation. Training with me isn’t just about lifting weights, it’s about lifting yourself—finding confidence, building resilience, and falling in love with what your body can do.
Beyond the gym, my proudest role is being “Mom” to my son Jace, my greatest motivation. And when I’m not coaching, you’ll probably find me playing pickleball, line dancing, or enjoying Mexican food with friends.
