Trainer
I was inspired to become a trainer after seeing the positive effects fitness had on my own family—watching my dad and brother lose weight, gain muscle, and build confidence through training with me. With over five years of weightlifting experience, a background in kickboxing, and guidance from bodybuilding and powerlifting coaches, I bring a diverse approach to training.
I’m NASM certified and currently working on additional certifications in nutrition, conditioning, and bodybuilding. My favorite lift is the barbell back squat (nothing beats the leg pump!), though I’ll admit ab workouts aren’t my favorite.
You’ll usually find me training to All My Life by Foo Fighters, enjoying the outdoors through camping and hiking, or refueling with Greek yogurt, granola, and fruit—though I’ll never say no to a donut. I’m a night owl at heart, but what really drives me is helping clients stay consistent, celebrating their wins, and watching their confidence grow both in and out of the gym.
